Are you a highly organised and customer-focused individual looking to make a difference in a dynamic work environment?
We are seeking an Administrator / Forklift Operator to join our Sales team based at our branch in Mackay!
In this hybrid role, you are key to ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office.
Your responsibilities will include providing face-to-face customer service, managing sales and data entry, scheduling deliveries, overseeing stock reorders, preparing orders within the yard, general FL Operation and maintaining overall organisation within the branch.
This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday in our Mackay branch.
Responsibilities Primary contact for both employees and external stakeholders.
Processing invoices, credit card payments, banking, and office supply purchases.
Receipting purchase orders and raising purchase requisitions.
Submitting vendor requests and processing changes.
Ordering office stationery and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
Handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Processing and directing both incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assisting in the Yard when required with duties such as preparing orders and FL Operation What you will need to succeed: A solid background in administration and office support roles.
Building materials or similar industry experience (highly regarded)  Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly Proficiency and attention to detail in managing and entering data.
MS Office experience – familiarity with SAP (desirable) Forklift (LF) Licence Exceptional time management, along with effective written and verbal communication skills   Our business Adbri Masonry is Australia's leading concrete products manufacturer supplying quality concrete bricks, blocks, pavers, retaining walls, erosion control products and architectural masonry solutions.
