Administrator, Fitch Ratings Sydney

Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Administrator for our Sydney office. This role will be part of the Ratings Admin Services team which consists of 10 Administrators located in 8 different offices across APAC and EMEA.
The Sydney office has approximately 50 employees.
What We Offer: An open culture where employees can exchange ideas and perspectives.A collaborative and inclusive work environment in an international team.Learning opportunities with access to professional development and training programs.We'll Count on You To: Manage the administrative tasks for the Sydney office by providing support for travel and expenses, preparing on-site meetings, and other general office tasks such as answering the phone.Contribute to the wider team by sharing knowledge and proposing ideas on how to work smarter.Support the organization of office and team events.Act as First Aid Officer and Fire Warden.What You Need to Have: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.Previous experience in a corporate office, ideally in a varied role.Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook.Knowledge of SAP Concur is advantageous.What Would Make You Stand Out: A can-do attitude with flexibility to handle various tasks.Initiative to think beyond immediate tasks and make proactive proposals.Ability to manage multiple daily priorities and work to schedules and deadlines.Demonstrated empathy when working with people globally and at different seniority levels.Why Fitch?
