About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join our fun and dynamic team, located at our head office in Epping. The role will have the responsibility of being the first point of contact for Customers.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:

Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls in a timely manner
Conducting Covid Check-in Marshall duties to ensure everyone meets the VIC government guidelines
Ensuring the reception area is always presentable, clutter-free, and clean
Supporting other departments in administrative tasks, as delegated by the Manager
Booking jobs using our online booking system
Creating job invoices

About You

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Flexible, professional, courteous, approachable, and strong work ethic
Suitability to working in a fast-paced, dynamic & changing environment
Ability to work autonomously & with little guidance or instruction at times
Experience using MS Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Bubbly, friendly, and approachable
Immediate commencement (preferable)
