About the Role We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join our fun and dynamic team, located at our head office in Epping. The role will have the responsibility of being the first point of contact for Customers.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for: Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a timely mannerConduct Covid Check-in Marshall duties to ensure everyone meets the VIC government guidelinesEnsure the reception area is always presentable, clutter-free and cleanSupport other departments in administrative tasks, as delegated by ManagerBooking jobs using our online booking systemCreating job invoicesAbout You Excellent written & verbal communication skillsFlexible, professional, courteous, approachable and strong work ethicSuitability to working in a fast-paced, dynamic & changing environmentAbility to work autonomously & with little guidance or instruction at timesExperience using MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)Bubbly, friendly and approachableImmediate commencement (preferable)If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW!
