What You Will Be Doing The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with valued customers including but not limited to proactively handling internal and external customer queries via phone, web and email, managing customer complaints to resolution and liaise with operations and sales teams, Raising, processing and reconciling invoices and purchase orders, maintaining CRM Database and many other duties when required including arranging/filing.
What You Require Admin Assistant/Officer Experience.
WA Drivers Licence Ability to pass a DAS.
Customer Service Officer Experience.
