Some of the key tasks are: Administration support across service teams and branches for compliance based activitiesUse and ownership of digital based systems to track and monitor completion of works and required reports by techniciansUpdate of maintenance routines and tasking as required for new contracts across the branchesManagement and update of processes to ensure execution discipline to our customersMaintenance of Customer PortalsSupport to teams on compliance based tasks for customer reporting, service documentationConsolidation and support to team leaders / Branch managers on defect and quote registers for customer sitesWorking in with the operations team and communicating strongly on progress of service maintenance and documentation requirements each month.
