Administrator – CJD Trucks CJD Equipment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the friendly team at our Forrestfield Branch.
This role is accountable for ensuring the efficient running of the administrative side of new truck builds, which focuses on working with suppliers and providing timely administrative support to the business.

What this role will involve: Review work order costings for new truck builds, and ensure all associated costs are captured with accurate labour times.
Liaise with the service department and subcontractors as required in relation to new truck work order costings.
Actioning Wholegoods Receivable Advice; bringing trucks into stock.
Assist in maintaining Floor Plan Spreadsheet.
Carry out Wholegoods physical audit and assist financial auditors.
Carry out all tasks related to Accounts Payable; receipting creditor invoices, raising purchase orders and coding to correct GL account.
Assist in other general administrative tasks such as weekly payroll timesheets, truck deposit invoicing and reception relief as required.
Assist in organising staff events, fundraisers, charity collections and catering.
Pac Lease Rental and Full-Service Lease Invoices, raising purchase orders and finalising Lease Agreements.
What you need to excel in this role: A commitment to ensuring a safe environment for yourself and work mates.
Experience in customer service and administration, gained in a hands-on operational environment, preferably within a sales environment.
Possess a general understanding of the range of products CJD sells and their application.
Great communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Have a high level of professionalism with a can-do attitude.
Current Driver's Licence.
