This role sits with the Casual Administrative Team (CAT), Talent Acquisition.

About the Opportunity:Join a collaborative team of professionals passionate about recruiting and providing excellent customer service.
As an Administrator in the Casual Administrative Team, you'll support our divisions & facilities across the casual hiring process for both academics and professionals.
Work collaboratively with our Hiring Managers and Administrators to provide admin and resourcing assistance across the recruitment life cycle of our casual workforce.

Your day to day will include:

Coordinating and undertaking data entry and processing of employment documents.

Reviewing and monitoring casual offers ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Monitoring background checks and reference checks.

Acting as the subject matter expert in the administration of the casual hiring process.

Being the first point of contact for Faculty & Division administrators regarding the process of hiring casuals.

Helping to create a positive experience for candidates and Hiring Managers.

Who you are:We are looking for a detail-orientated and attentive individual with previous administration experience.
As a strong communicator, you will be confident in building working relationships and delivering high-level service to stakeholders within a large complex environment.
As an enthusiastic self-starter, you'll fit well into our supportive team bringing the ability to work quickly and accurately whilst inputting high volume of data in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You'll bring:

Strong communication skills with ability to engage and manage the expectations of stakeholders.

The ability to set priorities and manage workflow in a high-volume environment whilst maintaining an eye for detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated problem solving, organisational and analytical skills.

A can-do attitude, comfortable working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Demonstrated skills in using office software including email, word processing and spreadsheets.
