Administrator, Business SupportJob Title: Administrator
Location: Melbourne CBD
Type: Full-Time, In-Office
We are currently seeking an energetic and committed Administrator to join our friendly team in our Melbourne office. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a National Administration team and general administration in the Melbourne office.
Role Responsibilities: Day to day general office support (Answer and screen telephone calls, order office supplies, support field teams with couriers & deliveries, make and record appointments, draft emails, minute taking, attend meetings etc)In cooperation with the whole administration team, ensure work areas, printer room, board rooms, meeting rooms and kitchen is kept clean and free of mess at all timesProvide support to National Administration team with deliverables and adhoc tasksArrange travel bookings and liaising with our travel agents to ensure teams are compliant with the ERM Travel policy guidelinesReconcile credit card statements and local business accountsProvide assistance to Senior Administrator, by coordinating office related events and functionsFormatting documents to ensure that reports, PowerPoints and other correspondence meet ERM's styles and standards and projects are compliant (Training Provided)Enter out of office timesheets when requiredCarry out specific project and research tasks as requiredSupport the Senior Administrator with New Starters onboarding includes IT equipment set up and support, maintenance and record keeping.Order office suppliesRecord keeping and making sure local registers are up to dateActively participate in the wider committee teams such as H&S, Social, Foundation and Quality Management teams.To be successful for this role you will demonstrate and possess: Exceptional relationship building skills with colleagues.Ability to manage volume and multiple stakeholders requiring support.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.We would give preference to administrators who have prior experience and can start work on short notice.Finally, you must have a desire to work in, contribute to, a fun and interesting environment, and genuinely enjoy working with people.
