About the role We are seeking an experienced Assets (Plant) Administrator to join us at Pembroke Resource's new project in the Bowen Basin - the Olive Downs Complex.
Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex is a greenfield project located 40 kilometres south-east of Moranbah which commenced mining operations in mid-2023. Thiess has been awarded a five-year contract to deliver full service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (Autonomous), water management and rehabilitation as well as construction of the mine infrastructure.
About The Role Working an 8/6 day shift roster and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your duties will include:
Providing administrative support to the maintenance department ensuring key objectives are achievedInput and maintenance of the asset master recordsResponsible for daily fuel and oil reconciliation, management of timesheets and purchase ordersCompiling the monthly plant reports and balance sheetsAssisting the Maintenance Manager as and when requiredAbout you As a successful applicant, you'll be a high-achieving team-focused individual who enjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment.
