Administrator Aged Care - Collar

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Admin/Receptionist to join our dedicated team at our aged care facility in Coffs Harbour Region.
This position is available on a casual or contract basis.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a welcoming manner Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing Coordinate appointment bookings and assist with scheduling Support facility staff with various administrative needs Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (aged care experience a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Should I apply for this role?
