The Opportunity Due to an internal transfer, an amazing opportunity for a Deal Processing & Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team is now available at our new Devonport facility. This role is extremely important to the ongoing growth & success of the business.
Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager, the purpose of this position is the timely and accurate processing of the whole goods sales, support stock control, debtor control, the collection of debt, along with supporting general administration functions of the business & playing a key role in the timely delivery of financial results.
About you You will require the ability to analyse & provide proactive feedback to the management team on debtor control and sales results. As this is a head office-based role, other duties may be required from time to time, so an ability and willingness to learn and assist throughout the business is extremely important. You will have the support of the senior management team & an external consultant to assist. This is a very diverse role & requires strong communication at all levels.
Your main duties for this role will include:
Calculation of Commission Stock Reconciliations Weekly & Monthly Reporting Daily Debtors ControlDebt Collection Reconciliations Meet company debtor KPI's Reporting Back up and support stock control – Leave Assistance Other duties required by the head of Finance & Administration Manage & support the IT/DMS To be considered for the position it is essential that you have:
