A full service professional services group, with a long term growth strategy, CAAA offers a wide variety of services in corporate advisory, business development, strategic taxation advice and accounting.
We are seeking an accomplished Administrator to join our team at our Jamberoo office.
This is a full-time position (part-time may be considered for the right candidate) with expected working hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
As an integral member of a small, high-performing team, this role is an excellent opportunity for you to become involved in all facets of the administration of the firm.
Your ability to learn quickly, build rapport and develop strong relationships will be the key to your success.
On a daily basis, you will be involved with all administration relating to an accounting practice, including database and office administration.
An understanding of ATO, ASIC and OSR procedures will greatly benefit you in the position, as will any knowledge of APS software.
To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has:
Prior experience working in an accounting firm or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Strong attention to detailTime management skills and demonstrated ability to work to deadlinesPlease email your resume together with a cover letter outlining your experience and availability.
