The Role This is a role that will provide you with variety in your day and also the chance to expand on your skill set over time and move into taking on office management duties.
Primarily you will be responsible for providing a positive first impression to the firm and also administrative support to a team of Accountants.
In addition, you will also offer support to the operations team.
Your duties will include: Answering calls and dealing directly with clients Collation of financial documents on behalf of accountants Preparation of correspondence on behalf of accountants Coordinate office events and meetings Assisting with marketing duties Assisting with HR duties including the onboarding of new employees Providing assistance to the Practice Manager Managing and updating the client database Providing adhoc support as required to Accountants Undertaking specialized accounting administrative tasks About You To be considered for this role it is a preference that you have experience working in a public practice accounting environment undertaking a similar role.
