What We Offer: Permanent full-time employment (part time considered) Meaningful work within a supportive team Inclusive, open and supportive workplace culture Comprehensive training and education Opportunities for growth and development The Role: Providing administrative support, including client and customer engagement, case management, data entry, email management, and support to key operational functions Responding to all enquiries via phone, website, or email Effectively managing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, including clients, customers, and contractors Facilitating coordination of services, including case management and follow-up administrative duties Managing crucial database record-keeping and quality assurance Handling critical processes, including month-end tasks, shared mailbox oversight, and reporting Maintaining Acacia's database, including case creation, customer setup, service allocation, clinician management, and other tasks The Successful Candidate Will Possess: Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment Strong customer service focus Excellent attention to detail Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure managing multiple projects Good understanding of databases and Microsoft programs Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Professional attitude and friendly phone manner are essential Positive can-do attitude At Acacia EAP we value inclusiveness, excellence, resilience, integrity and innovation.
