Enjoy a fulfilling career and a vibrant life with us!About the roleWe are seeking a suitably experienced Administrative Support Officers to join our highly capable team and work cohesively with various medical and clinical staff providing administrative support to the operations and functions of the Women's Health Service, located on level 4 at South West Healthcare.The position is responsible for processing referrals and scheduling appointments, providing clerical support and customer service to staff and clients, filing and retrieval of information, as well as collaborating with all staff cohesively.Our Women's Health Service has multiple positions available;Position overview Part-time (up to 40 hours per fortnight), On-going positionWarrnambool CampusAdmin Grade 1 (HS1A-HS1)Salary range: $ - $58, pro rata , plus superannuation Position overview Casual position (As per rostering arrangement with manager)Warrnambool CampusAdmin Grade 1 (HS1A-HS1)Salary range: $ - $ per hour, including casual loading (excluding superannuation and applicable shift loadings, penalties and allowances) What you bringThe successful applicant will have previous experience and skills in administration, demonstrate effective communication skills along with problem solving and computer skills.
You will have an ability to utilise your own initiative and working with minimal direction and supervision with the ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
