South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinic team at the Warrnambool campus. In this full-time, permanent role (starting January 2025), you will play a key part in maintaining smooth clinic operations by processing referrals, managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with medical and clinical staff.
