Join Our Team as an Administrative Support Officer! About the role Are you an experienced Administrative Support Officer ready to make a difference? Join our dynamic team and work alongside skilled medical and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations at our clinic. As a vital part of our administrative support team, you'll be the friendly and welcoming face for clients attending our bustling Outpatient Specialist Clinic.
This role will be based within the Specialist Outpatient Clinic located on Level 3 at Southwest Healthcare
Key Responsibilities: Process referrals and schedule appointments Provide exceptional clerical support and customer service Manage information filing and retrieval Work cohesively with all staff Permanent Full-time (80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO). Part time applicants will be considered, please specify your preferred hours in your application.
