Applications are invited from suitably experienced Administrative Support Officers to join our passionate Paediatric Outpatient Clinic on a full-time, ongoing basis.
About the role
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our multi-functional office area.
The position will be responsible for processing referrals and scheduling appointments, providing clerical support and customer service to staff and clients, filing and retrieval of information, as well as collaborating with all staff cohesively.
Position Overview
Full time, ongoing position 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO Warrnambool Campus

Previous experience and skills in administration Effective communication skills, problem-solving, and computer proficiency Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and supervision Capability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Professionalism in dealing with the general public, external organisations, and staff
