Applications are invited from suitably experienced Administrative Support Officers, to join our passionate Paediatric Outpatient Clinic on a Full time, Ongoing basis.
About the role As an administrative support officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our multi-functional office area.
The position will be responsible for processing referrals and scheduling appointments, providing clerical support and customer service to staff and clients, filing and retrieval of information, as well as collaborating with all staff cohesively.
