About the role South West Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.

As the ICU Administrative Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to the ICU team, ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: * Managing and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation * Providing responsive and professional communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff * Supporting ICU team members with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation * Ordering and management of ward supplies as requested * Upholding confidentiality standards and managing sensitive information with care Position overview * Permanent, Part Time (60 hours per fortnight) * Warrnambool Campus * Administrative Grade 1 * Salary Range: $58,442 - $64,610 pro rata, plus superannuation Enjoy a role that provides both professional fulfillment and work-life balance.
With a schedule from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, you'll have your afternoons free to focus on personal time, making it perfect for balancing life and work.
