They coordinate leave and relief management, assisting with staff timetabling and rostering processes.
The successful applicant also provides staff advice and support in the coordination of human resource activities and operations.
A component of the role may also include induction and recruitment processes.The successful applicant assists the Manager Corporate Services to develop and implement assess management and maintenance strategies for school facilities, equipment and buildings and will ideally have well-developed ICT skills including knowledge of a system such as Compass, HRMiS, SIS (including RM Billing) and the ability to create, operate and manipulate databases, spreadsheets and extract reports.
