Full-time position based in the Hunter About the role… This role can be based in any of our VERTO offices across the Hunter andyou'll be working within our Employment Services Contract - Transition to Work team providing administrative and claims processing support to our case managers.
You will be responsible for: Creating and maintaining quality records Ensuring high attention to detail and process of documentation adhering to compliance within agreed timeframes Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and compliance with guidelines under the Transition to Work Contract and internal policies and procedures About you… To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following: Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy in a high-volume driven environment Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to support internal and external customers  Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all aspects of the role (Data entry, administration, documentation, notes, processes, claims checklists & calculations).
Possess strong administrative, data entry skills along with strong digital capability Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team Knowledge of employment or community services industry is desired but not essential.
