Administrative Support

Administration Assistant: Attractive hourly rate of $35 per hour Temporary ongoing full-time work Position based in Artarmon, Sydney.
Overview of the roles: Wow recruitment is looking for a personal and approachable administration assistant who can be the first point of contact for our client.
This role is looking for someone who will make the role their own and use their initiative to get things done.
As this is an admin role, the successful candidate will have previous administration experience and has the natural ability to build genuine relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Phone and email management.
Ability to be the director's first point of contact in regard to admin work.
Invoice Management through Xero.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with couriers and mail management General upkeep of the front office space and kitchen area Order stationery and office supplies.
Prepared to travel to Seven Hills Office.
Key Requirements: Proven administration experience with 2-3 years.
An interest in the Meditation space.
Able to understand or converse in Hindi.
Approachable and personable nature Shows initiative and demonstrates adaptability An understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems/software.
