What You Will Accomplish Here… Working as part of a global Quality Assurance (QA) team, you would have an opportunity to focus on ensuring our customers receive quality and timely certification reports. In this role, you will receive full industry training on how to review files for accuracy, compile documents, proofread, and conducting related research. You will focus on letter writing, data entry, and translations for certification reports. While experience in this specific role is not required, we are looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and a keen eye for attention to detail, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: You will be trained to develop an understanding of the certification process and maintain a knowledge of specific requirements for each submission and jurisdiction. On the job training provided to write and review recommendation reports. Prepares packages for shipping. Reviews technical engineering documentation and verifies required notations. Keeps records of quality and internal errors. You will be trained to develop an understanding of submission requirements. You will learn to troubleshoot questions/issues utilizing guides and previous submissions. Data and database management. Communicates with engineering staff and manufacturers with guidance from supervisors. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. While not required, candidates who completed Business Administration courses are encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and clients. Must have the ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines. Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness. Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Adelaide, Australia office
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: AUD 29.13 per hour (56,800/yr)
Travel: Travel is not required for this position.
