eLearning Design and Development OfficerFull-time TemporaryDetails: Under the limited direction of the Assistant Director, Instructional Design and Program Development, the eLearning Design and Development Officer will:Design, develop and maintain accredited and non-accredited training and assessments materials for delivery in an eLearning environment, with consideration of different learning styles and comprehensive abilities.In collaboration with training staff, transition face to face learning to design and develop suitable online learning solutions.Plan and schedule realistic timeframes for development of eLearning modules, including piloting, reviewing, and releasing.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support training development across ACT ESA.Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and strategies surrounding eLearning development, delivery, and evaluation.Demonstrate effective governance and accountability in training activities, supporting transparency of compliance with related policy, legislation, and national standards.Assist clients and stakeholders to develop, maintain and load learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS).The ideal candidate will have highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and proven experience designing and developing online training materials.
