Customer Service OfficerFull-time TemporaryDetails: Canberra Memorial Parks is the public face of the ACT Public Cemeteries Authority and manages the day-to-day operations of public cemeteries in the ACT.
Our mission is to provide interment and memorialisation services to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for customers and visitors accessing Canberra Memorial Park (CMP) services.
They deliver high-level customer service, regularly interacting with members of the community, often on some of their most challenging days.
This position plays a key role in coordinating sales processes and promoting the services CMP provides for our community.
Our Customer Service Officers work collaboratively with the team and across the organisation to ensure the needs of the community are met and that our service delivery is seamless and of the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will display resilience and treat our customers with a heightened level of empathy and respect.
