Details: Caroline Chisholm School is seeking a highly motivated, self-managing individual for the position of Enrolments & Wellbeing Officer. The successful candidate is expected to be proactive, exercise judgement and initiative and work with limited supervision and liaise closely with the Wellbeing team, Business Manager, and the Principal.
The responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
Maintain the P-10 Enrolment process, communicating with relevant stakeholders, maintaining accurate data in a systematic practice.Track student attendance and liaise with the Wellbeing team to identify and address student wellbeing and attendance concerns.Being self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritise and organise workload independently.Working effectively with and supporting staff and students across the P-10 dual campus.Communicating effectively with staff, students, and parents/carers.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
