Our Criminal Law program is seeking an experienced people manager to lead and manage the Youth Crime legal assistant team.
Full time ongoing positionSalary range: $76,426 - $98,901 plus super plus salary packagingUp to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office modelAbout the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Services Manager to join our Youth Crime team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for leading a dedicated team of legal assistants and ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the team, making sure service delivery objectives are met. You will work collaboratively with fellow members of the criminal law management team to develop and implement policies and strategies that enhance and support quality service provision.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country. About you

Demonstrated experience with coordinating administrative services.Proven experience with supervising staff as well as an ability to lead and develop your team.Strong organisational skills with an ability to handle multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Don't meet every requirement?
