About the Role   TP Human Capital is seeking a Administrative Scheduler for a permanent position to facilitate the production and artwork of advertising materials.
This role is vital in connecting the sales team, clients, and suppliers, ensuring that all production processes run smoothly, and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients to ensure timely artwork submission.
Work with suppliers to ensure advertising is produced and delivered on schedule.
Prepare and provide quotes.
Review and update existing procedures as necessary.
Complete all tasks within designated timeframes.
Support Sales and Administration Teams as needed.
Distribute artwork specifications and deadlines, follow up with clients and collaborate with creative writers.
Monitor production timelines and liaise with Create purchase orders and prepare related documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:   Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role Experience in sales and marketing Strong communication skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks Assertive with negotiation skills Capable of working independently Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel   Applications:  To apply for this position please click "Apply Now" below.
