The opportunity We have an opportunity for an Admin Assistant/Secretary with 2 years' experience in the private sector to join our Oran Park office. The role will see you working across a number of areas of law, including conveyancing, family law and estate planning. 
The successful candidate must be available to work full time. Please note that this is not a work from home position.
 
Skills and experience we would love The following describes your strengths and attributes:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the private sector; Positive, proactive and motivated nature; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines whilst being calm under pressure; Excellent attention to detail; Confidence and good judgement when liaising with clients; Adaptability to work MS office at a senior level; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of HotDocs, Affinity and Work Site/ iManage Document Management would be highly regarded (desired but not essential ); and Digital dictation experience (desired but not essential ). Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Working directly under a Senior Associate and at times, various other Partners; Managing the day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently; Meet and greet clients; Handle all incoming calls; Diary management and co-ordinating meetings; Preparation of legal documents and general correspondence; Ability to make sure files both hard copy and computerised are kept in good order, Monthly billing and expenses; Extensive internal and external client liaison;  Various administrative duties and ad hoc projects to support the team; and Training provided during your onboarding period, plus continuous support and guidance.
