As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services to members at the Monash Crime Investigation Unit – Oakleigh, Eastern Region, Division 1.

Your duties will include:Provide general office support duties including the operation and maintenance of office equipment.Maintaining accountable documents including data entry, typing, and word processing.Prepare routine correspondence on a range of administrative matters and attend to follow-up procedures.Assist with the processing of lost and confiscated property.Attend to telephone and counter enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.As the successful applicant, you will have:Experience in working with computers and various programs to perform a range of administrative tasks.Ability to accurately maintain systematic and administrative records whilst meeting strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask.Ability to work successfully within a team environment and work independently.Display initiative and proactive work practices.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients both orally and in writing.Requirements and relevant information:Position is located at the Oakleigh Police Station, 1 Atherton Road, Oakleigh.
