About the Role  Join our team as an Administration clerk on a part time ongoing basis to work at Monash Medical Centre based at Clayton.
Ability to use your excellent computer skills in a healthcare setting   Do you have excellent attention to detail?

This position requires compliance with Monash Health Guidelines and Department of Health requirements to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of Monash Women's and Newborn services.
Delivery of high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders   Meeting coordination including venue bookings, agenda preparation and minute taking where required   Efficient and effective office management and administrative support, including electronic task management and proactive preparation for key meetings   Demonstrated ability to deliver high level of accuracy and attention to detail   Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated when liaising with consumers in Women's health   About The Role     This position requires compliance with Monash Health Guidelines and Department of Health requirements to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of Monash Women's and Newborn services.
The Administrative Assistant role is to provide support to the Head of Gynaecology and the Gynaecology team at Monash Health.
This is a part time role (0.8 EFT) working Monday to Friday.
About You     You have keen problem solving abilities.
