As an Administrative Officer within the Medical Imaging Department, you will be the first point of contact, providing effective reception, registration, and appointment services.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll also play a key role in coordinating inpatient workflows, maintaining digital archiving, and ensuring accurate patient data entry across multiple information systems, including OACIS.
This dynamic position involves engaging with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies, while maintaining the integrity of the department's financial database for procedures and costs, including the use of HPOS.

About You We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Strong Technical and Administrative Skills: High proficiency in keyboard and PC-based word processing, coupled with clerical aptitude in numeracy, literacy, and record-keeping.Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Abilities: Proven skills in written and verbal communication, including excellent spelling and telephone etiquette, with the ability to interact positively with patients, visitors, and multidisciplinary staff.Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative and organisational skills to manage workloads, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines with energy and enthusiasm.Relevant Experience and Knowledge: Experience working in a hospital or medical imaging setting, familiarity with medical terminology, and an understanding of patient confidentiality policies and procedures.If you are a dedicated professional ready to bring your skills to a dynamic healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you!
