Administrative Officer - People & CultureJob No:TSC1366Location:MurwillumbahINTERNAL ONLYWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Officer to join our high performing, engaged and supportive People and Culture team. This challenging and rewarding role encompasses a range of functions across Human Resources processes and systems, providing essential administrative and customer service support.Success in this position requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and effective time management skills, all of which are vital for delivering client services within the People and Culture team. The successful candidate will foster a cohesive team environment by proactively sharing information and assisting colleagues to meet goals and deadlines. You will liaise with various units across the Council and address frequent ad hoc staff inquiries.
