About Southwest 2, Dandenong Hospital Southwest is a General Medical Unit, composed of 20 beds.
We are one of a number of wards which had lead Ward Governance- a system to optimise care outcomes for our patients by collaborating with specialised disciplines to meet the clients health goals.

In line with this, clerical team member will be encouraged to communicate in harmony with the consumer, Medical, Allied Health and Pharmacy team members.
About the Role We are looking for a clerical team member who works under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Manager.
The Clerical team member is responsible for maintaining excellent service delivery by improving the patient experience.
The role is responsible for but not limited to: Management of patient information Booking outpatient appointments Ordering and management of medical/surgical consumables for the unit Booking patient transport About You Are you a Clerical staff member wanting to work in a dynamic and supportive team; focused on delivering quality care?
