About the Role You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. This role will be responsible for the organisation of clinic appointments and Medicare billing of patients, and will also provide a range of secretarial and administrative support to the department. This position is highly customer focused and attentive to the needs of patients and their families as well as being responsible for delivering a high standard of administrative and secretarial support in a professional manner.
Ideal Candidate Has experience with data entry and ability to create graphs and charts. Excellent customer service skills with experience in a front line customer service role or working directly with the public and the ability to effectively use problem solving and negotiation skills. Able to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Benefits and Perks!
