About the Role Concord Centre for Mental Health is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers.
This position is based at Rivendell Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health Services.
The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate the proficient operation of the service.
This position is also required to provide a high level of customer service (telephone/reception) to all internal and external clients and ensure effective transfer of information between relevant stakeholders in accordance with State, District and local facility policies.
Ideal Candidate Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite.Benefits and Perks!
