To assist the Programs and Community team by providing high-quality customer and administrative support to Lifeline Darling Downs & South West QLD Ltd and its managers, clients, and programs.
Salary: $37.35 per hour
Location: Toowoomba CBD
Key responsibilities: Facilitate reception duties, manage phone calls, process, and distribute referrals and monitor the Lifeline mailbox.Prepare agendas, attend team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Coordinate all aspects of staff training and compliance management.Schedule appointments and manage calendars.General administrative office tasks.Facilitate Emergency Relief program supports.Record keeping and program reporting.Accurate data entry and management.Who we are looking for: Tech Savvy: Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite programs at an intermediate level and CRM.Detail-Oriented: Experienced data entry with high accuracy.Proactive and Driven: Ready to take initiative and learn quickly.Customer focused: Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and provides a high level of customer service.Organised and reliable: Able to manage time and meet deadlines.Flexible and adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively.What we offer: Flexible hours/days with Monday a requirement.Save on tax and increase your take home pay with salary sacrifice up to $18,550 per year.A positive and inclusive team based on respect, shared standards, strong values, and a commitment to serving our community.Growth opportunities to advance your administration career.Our administration and program support team are passionate about their work and how they contribute to the overall success of delivering services to our community.
