This role also receives referrals regarding Waitlist Bookings, and arranges waitlist bookings and appointment dates, updates computer system and advises patients and hospital staff appropriately.
This position reports to the Waitlist Nurse Unit Manager.

About you: We are seeking a skilled and energetic Admission Officer with experience in administrative functions and the ability to undertake those duties efficiently and effectively within a hospital environment together with knowledge of policies, procedures, guidelines and legislation and how they are used in the workplace.

Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.

Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
7.
Demonstrated flexibility with work duties and location.
8.
Understanding of Surgical Wait List.
