When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.About the Role:The Administrative Officer is accountable for providing specialised personal and confidential administrative support to the Student Support Services Assistant Director and Team Manager within the context of high-quality service delivery to clients of the region.The role also provides administrative support services to the Student Support Services teams, aboriginal services staff, clients, and stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of region and organisational objectives and goals, and supporting the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices within the team.The Administrative Officer reports to the Office Manager and works as a member of the administrative team, collaborating closely with other local offices, support services staff, central office, and other Department for Education staff.Special Conditions:The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to employment, which must be renewed every five years.
