This dynamic position involves delivering exceptional administrative support by managing communications, organising meetings and events, and assisting committees and working groups.
Through effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, the Administrative Officer ensures smooth operations and contributes directly to advancing meaningful global health outcomes.This role demands exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing schedules, correspondence, and stakeholder interactions.
The Administrative Officer will offer expert advice, guidance, and support across diverse responsibilities, including calendar management, travel arrangements, financial reporting, and budget monitoring.
Additionally, they will oversee communication workflows and ensure the smooth coordination of project administration to support organisational goals effectively.We are seeking someone with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and extensive expertise in global public health research.
