About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our dynamic Admin team.
A Part-Time 24-hour-a-week permanent position is available. Working hours are between 0630am-8.00 pm, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays working within a rotating roster. You will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative delivery of our patient journey and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
A regular day will see you: Be the first point of contact for our patients on their admission arrival. Delivering excellent customer service to all patients and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience. Managing administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and record-keeping. Applying a flexible and innovative approach to work processes. Supporting our Clinical staff with patient journey. About you You will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care. You'll bring energy, drive, and a proactive attitude to your work, with a keen interest in developing your skillset.
