Act as the first point of contact for both front counter and telephone customers.Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely information about services offered by the Child and Family Health Service Division.Demonstrate high-level customer service principles consistently while processing all enquiries accurately and efficiently.Collaboration with stakeholders occurs to enhance consistency in administrative procedures at the local level. Build positive working relationships and liaise with staff and external service providers.Create and maintain client records, ensuring efficient and correct filing of correspondence and documents. Comply with Freedom of Information (FOI) and Records of Information (ROI) policies and procedures.Administrative practices, guidelines, audits, and quality indicators are continuously reviewed, developed, implemented, and documented.Active participation in the development of continuous quality improvement activities and project working groups related to Child and Family Health.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Sound interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with consumers, staff, external agencies, and the public, respecting diverse cultural groups and life situations.Maintain sensitivity, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.Quick learner of administrative tasks, adaptable to various working environments.
