Musgrave Hill State School is looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our team as an Administrative Officer. In this role, you will contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school providing high level administrative support. This is a Temporary Part-Time position (0.79 FTE), 60 hours per fortnight.

Musgrave Hill has approximately 650 students on campus and offers a very comprehensive educational program for all students.
About the Role: Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited, to the following:
Be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school cultureProven ability to multitask and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in a fast-paced office environmentUndertake routine activities including client services, student services, first aid administering medication, correspondence, administration task, maintain school records, processing mail and emailsDaily absence and student reportingAn ideal candidate will possess:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordWorking knowledge of departmental policies, practises and procedures used in schools, particularly administration.Ability to work collaboratively with other team membersKnowledge of Oneschool and MGM would be highly advantageousPlease refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
