Provide a high level of administrative and clerical support within Child Health and Parenting Services (CHaPS)
The role: Assist with the supervision and coordination of Child Health and Parenting Services (CHaPS) human, physical and financial activities.Provide comprehensive reception, clerical and computer based administrative support within Child Health and Parenting Services (CHaPS), including acting as minute secretary for meetings as required.Liaise with clients and staff, including dealing with more complex enquiries in person, by phone and in writing.Assist with the administrative/clerical tasks associated with Departmental assets including buildings, equipment and vehicles.Complete training to act as a fire warden if required and organise emergency procedures within a designated area as the need arises.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.
Details of Appointment Permanent, part time, day worker position working 15.2 hours per fortnight (Wednesdays), commencing as soon as possible.

Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
