What You'll Do:
Prepare and send invoices, manage statements, assist with accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.Review incoming quotes, lead the quotes team, track quote progress, and resolve any delays.Implement cleanliness and safety protocols, support office staff with various administrative tasks, and perform end-of-month stock takes.Greet and assist visitors in our showroom and factory, help customers select samples, and provide excellent service.Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular updates, and engage with our community on social media.Requirements:
Proven background in customer service and administrative roles.Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Familiarity with invoicing software and basic accounting principles.Benefits:
