WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Enter and maintain accurate billings of materials - Assist in managing production schedules - Support in maintaining records of production - Track expense reports, reconcile basic accounts - Liaise with vendors and internal team members - Provide admin support to the MD   ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE - Previous/current experience in an Administrative or Finance related role (ideally within manufacturing).
- Basic business financial knowledge re: invoicing, expenses etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages and SAP, MYOB - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven stable career history - Team player with strong collaborative skills.
