What the role involvesThe primary responsibility in this role is executive administration and office management, through collaboration and engagement with ELT teams, building trusted partnerships with clear channels of communication and aligning administrative support to their needs.
Day to day you will:Provide administrative support (to multiple Executives) and in addition to providing office and facilities managementMaintain complex calendars including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectivesStructure cadence of calendars to support long-term business objectivesManage end to end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as and when neededMaintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and prioritiesAttend business meetings to assist and/or own the agenda to ensure follow-through on action items and deliverablesPartner with the Administration, IT and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve needs and issues as they ariseSupport active management of budget, purchase order processing, expense report submissions to ensure expense policy complianceSkills and experiencePlease note, due to the nature of this role, it is a mandatory requirement that all applicants are Australian citizens with the ability to hold an Australian Security Clearance.
Only Melbourne based applicants will be considered for this role (no relocation offered).
