Key Responsibilities
Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our retail network and market reach. Site Selection Expertise: Use your knowledge of commercial real estate to assess potential locations and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Market Insight: Conduct thorough assessments of market trends to inform our site selection and development strategies. Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams and our Directors to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance our retail offerings and engage customers. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize our retail network. Our Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in business development, focusing on expanding retail networks, preferably at a senior level. Strong understanding of site selection processes and criteria and the ability to create offer-to-lease documents. Familiarity with pharmacy location regulations is highly valued.
