Administrative + Business Development All-Rounder – Pharmacy Group Head Office We are seeking a strategic Business Development Expert and Business Administration all-rounder focusing on pharmacy retail. If you are passionate about retail network development and have experience in site selection, please apply. In this important role, you will be responsible for helping to create systems and processes that support our growth strategy. Establishing best practices in administration and business development is crucial. Over time, you will be expected to identify new opportunities and build relationships that strengthen our retail presence. Your insights will play a direct role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our retail network and market reach. Site Selection Expertise: Use your knowledge of commercial real estate to assess potential locations and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. Market Insight: Conduct thorough assessments of market trends to inform our site selection and development strategies. Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams and our Directors to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance our retail offerings and engage customers. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize our retail network. Our Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in business development, focusing on expanding retail networks, preferably at a senior level. Strong understanding of site selection processes and criteria and the ability to create offer-to-lease documents. Familiarity with pharmacy location regulations is highly valued. If you know this area, please apply. Excellent IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially in Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Planner, which are essential for effective communication and project management in this role. Demonstrated experience in accountancy, with the ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. A strategic thinker who excels in fast-paced environments and welcomes challenges.
